License Definitions

The purpose of this page is to clarify what rights you have based on what license you purchase for our web-based software products.

License	Single User	Single Server	Company
Install on all of your own websites. Multiple copies are allowed.
Make available for use by all users on a single physical webserver Users need not be your employees. Multiple copies are allowed. SEE IMPORTANT NOTE BELOW.
Make available for use by all users on all physical webservers owned by one company Users need not be company employees. Multiple copies are allowed. SEE IMPORTANT NOTE BELOW.
Charge users extra for use of software that's licensed to you and installed as allowed by the above. SEE IMPORTANT NOTE BELOW.

Make the archive files containing the product available to others.
Install on clients' websites, if you are providing their hosting (either as the owner of the physical server or a reseller of hosting on the server where the software is to be installed).	see note

NOTES:

• When making the software available to others users who not have purchased their own license from us, it must be clear that they are NOT allowed to copy it to other servers.
• When charging others for use of software under your server or company license, it must be clear that they are "renting", NOT buying.
• You may not offer our software for sale on your website. However, as part of a service package, you may offer to purchase and install it on their behalf.
  • Their license for the software MUST be purchased from us BEFORE it is installed (ie., you may not install it for them using your copy, intending to pay for their license afterward).
  • You MAY use your own affiliate link to purchase licenses for clients, enabling you to charge less for installation, or provide installation at no charge, while still being paid by earning commissions.
• If a client buys a license to the software, they may, of course, have whoever they want install it for them.
