SEO Content Factory version 2.1 is ready for download with some major new additions: plugins for posting to Posterous and Tumblr!

With the addition of the new plugins (and more to come), SEO Content Factory is outgrowing its $29 introductory price. So on Monday, October 4, the price will be increasing to $49. All SEO Content Factory owners get the new plugins when they're added, so the time to buy is now before the price goes up.

If you want to post about the same thing to your WordPress (or other) blog, Posterous, and/or Tumblr account, you can write the content once, and then with just a click or two, copy it between the editing forms for the different services. Make any desired edits, and publish it to all your accounts quickly and easily.

I'm working on some screen shots and tutorials to illustrate how this all works. You'll see links to them from the SEO Content Factory homepage as soon as they're ready.

To upgrade from version 2.0.3, upload the Posterous and Tumblr plugins to the publishing-plugins folder, and upload the following files, overwriting the old ones:

  • conf.php
  • content.php
  • feed-list.php
  • lobster.js
  • styles.css
  • title.php
  • atom.js
  • atom.php
  • twitter.js
  • twitter.php

If you were using the publish_atom_grow_form setting in your myconf.php, change it to "grow_form" (it now controls that setting for all the publishing plugins).

The README has been updated with a little new information about setting up CRON jobs, as well information about the new plugins.

...and remember to add your blogs to our new blog network so that other SEO Content Factory owners can find them and start blogging about and linking to you.
